We ship only overseas to APO Boxes or FOB Addresses (Global), Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and these must use United States Postal Service. All other (Continental 48) must use UPS. Thank you.
Warranty & Policies
NightvisionSales.com warrants our custom products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1
year (except where noted otherwise) after the purchase by the original owner.
All other products are warranted by their respective manufacturers. We offer a
30 day D.O.A. replacement on all products we sell, after which all warranty
claims must be directed to the manufacturer. These warranties exclude batteries,
and are solely limited to the repair or replacement of original part(s) which,
in the opinion of this company, are defective in workmanship or material. The
liability of LawenforcementSales.com shall be limited solely to the cost of the
affected part(s). All other costs shall be the responsibility of the
owner.
This warranty does not cover: 1) Defects, damage or deterioration
due to normal use, wear and tear, 2) Damage due to misuse, alteration,
negligence or accident or 3) Damage or defect due to repair by other than
authorized repair center.
This warranty is non transferable.
No refunds or exchanges without prior authorization.
For
warranty: You must call to receive a return authorization code. Then send your
product pre-paid along with the invoice number and a brief description of the
problem and your return authorization code to:

Any product returned to us WITHOUT prior authorization will be
refused and sent back at sender's expense.
** Note: Returns are subject to a
20% re-stocking fee. **
DELIVERIES
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours on in-stock items.
Undelivered shipments that
are returned because the addressee was unable(or refused) to receive the
shipment may be charged additional shipping & handling charges for
re-shipment of items; a 15% restocking fee will be charged for shipments that
the addressee refuses to accept. If a return is necessitated due to a clear
error on our part, reasonable return shipping costs can be re-imbursed to
you.
LEGAL
By placing an order, the buyer represents that
he/she is of legal age to own products ordered and that the products will be
used only in a lawful manner. Having no control over the use of any product once
in the buyers possession, we assume no liability associated with their use.
Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any
kind arising out of the use, or inability to use, these products, or the
suitability of use for any particular task.
